Department of Radio Diagnosis

Objectives :-

1. To Provide all basic & advanced diagnostic facilities to patients of district & region
2. To provide advanced tertiary level facilities such as MRI ( 1.5 Telsa) CT (Multislice Spiral CT ) to patients at reasonable cost .
3. To update dept. by prowling to set up future advanced diagnostic & interventional department .
4. Our department plays a pivotal role in the accurate diagnosis and assessment of medical conditions through advanced imaging techniques. With state-of-the-art facilities and a dedicated team of experts, we are committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services and contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge.
5. Our aim is to provide all necessary basic & advanced diagnostic facilities to patients of district &nearby region at reasonable cost.

1. 1. Availablity :- 24x7 Availability of all advanced imagingdiagnostic modalities which include X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scan and MRI.
2. Infrastructure :- With Sufficient Spaces for department sections, Patients waiting , Staff rooms & Student rooms
3. Facilities for Students :-Library , Seminar Room, Department study Room , facilities.
4. Facilities /Services for Patients :- Adequate Spacious waiting room help desk , Washrooms, Toilet for patients

6. Any Special Feature Unique to the dept.:- Our X-ray ,CT- Scan , MRI & Sonography Section is Routinely open for 24 hrs.

1. Diagnostic Facilities to remote villages of Melghat through camps.
2. Mobile Mammography van for Patients .
3. Remark of Head of Department if any
